Install Google Glass App on any Android Device & Capture Photos Videos with OK Glass Command
Have you heard about the Google Glass? Its a revolutionary product launched by Google last year which costs $1500 and is available in the US only to a very limited number of people. The best part of this device is its experience where in you can not only capture a photo or record a video with a Voice Command but also host live hangouts right from your current location anywhere anytime. In this article we are going to show you how you can experience this User Interface on your Android based device.
First you can watch this Video to Preview what we are going to discuss below.
Next download the glasscamera-modded.apk & glassmaps-modded.apk files onto your phone and Install them. Following this you can go to the home section of your phone which is where you would be asked if you would like to start using the Google Glass UI, which once selected would take you to the screen which says “OK GLASS”.
This is the voice command based area where you just have to mention “OK Glass” followed by the command in order to get the task done. Do make a note that this wont work for hangouts, and calling because its still in the initial test and we hope the developer would fix all the issues and ensure it works perfectly in the future.
Even though this looks quite dumb as of now but if you think more, you can possibly try to use this app on different devices which are powered by Android and use the advantages of its features. Do let us know with the feedback around this and if you have any queries around the Google Glass Any Device!
